"Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up." James 4:10

The snow is melting! More rain in the forecast, so that means, wet week, but starting to see the grass and corn stalks!

Hopefully going to get our walls painted from our water leak in December! The holes are filled and sheet rocked!
Beau's show choir performed in Emmetsburg this past Saturday! A bunch of great young people, with beautiful voices! Did not have a good day, and did not place well! They are just finishing the last song, it is a Journey melody, I can't wait for them to get it perfected! We have 2 more competitions coming up! I rode the bus to chaperon, Brynn and Bradyn where lucky and got to join to fun! haha!
"I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength" Ephesians 1:18

"Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being, raise his holy name…who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion…" Psalm 103:1, 4

"But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere." James 3:17,

This week Joni might be going to visit a little boy! We are so excited to read how he is doing! Praying that M's health is good, for all the children at the orphanage to be doing well! Please continue to pray for M, Joni and all the lives she touches as she glorifies God's name for Samaritan's Purse!

"The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing." Zephaniah 3:17

I want to share something Bradyn's teacher wrote to me about one of his answers. I am so proud of this little thinker.....“Based on the story, what is one difference in the experiences of blacks and those of whites on the frontier?” Here is his answer:
To tell the truth, their skin is different but God made every person for a reason and we are all the same in many ways but in that time the whites may have been richer. But we are all rich in God’s love.

Praying for those who are waiting....

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart." Jeremiah 1:5a
