Forecast: Christ is Born and 12- 20 Inches of Snow!

It is amazing how we are all glued to the weather the closer we get to the Holiday's! Our forecast has us smack dab in the middle of 12-20 inches of snow! Starting Wednesday noon- Saturday! The roads are terribly slick from hazy fog, just enough to have the most gorgeous trees :) !
Unless you step out of the suburban not realizing how slick the cement is and find yourself on the icy cement(at least it is froze and you don't have a wet spot on your pants!)

Today I was thinking about how the Shepherds had their forecast for a baby so many years ago! Wonder if they had the same excitement, and preparations we do for the Christmas Season?? After all, this wonderful Baby was/is saving us from all our sins!!

The Shepherds and the Angels 8And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. 11Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. 12This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger."
Luke 2: 8-12

May God Bless You all this Awesome Christmas Season!!
